AWN Insurance Inc. is a Canadian licensed specialty insurance brokerage. It is licensed to conduct business in all provinces and territories in Canada (except Quebec). It has broker agreements with licensed Canadian specialty underwriters and has been a Lloyd's Coverholder since 2017, and in January 2020, secured Lloyd's Delegated Claims Authority for warranty and GAP product lines written at that time.

Initially starting his career as a commercial specialty underwriter nearly 40 years ago, Michael has Binding Authority with Lloyd's of London, is a Level II Individual Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario, and holds an Insurance Agent's License for all Canadian provinces and territories (excluding Quebec).
